The spotter card is more on the go card that you write down basic info on so you remember it to you getting home and can fine the rest of the info you want.
Spotter log (PDF)
This spotter log is ment to be a field log and have some more info then the spotter card have but it ment to be printed out and filled in at the spot.
Spotter log (Access)
The access log is the main register and we have let it be open so you can add some columns if there is something you are missing.

The access Spotter log look like you see under here and the other look almost the same whit the relevant info for the spotter objekt.
There is a activation warning on the document but i think that is build in to Office for its on every access document i have here.
