We have sat up some frequencies over the license free radios/Walkie Talkies since that is the most wise to use in the plane spotting and airport watch program. Since they are easy to get and
there is no yearly fee to use the radio.
We will try to have some type of standard on both the channels and ctcss & dcs codes so the members in different spotter groups don't need to program the radio again if they visit some
spotter group in another country or for that matter on another airport in the same country.
