License free radio frequencies South America

The plan is to standardize the channels so its the same all over the country so when spotters from other airports are on a visit so is it easier for them to find the right channels.

When it comes to the ctcss/dcs so had it been nice if they to had been standard for all the spotter groups so it’s not so much work to change them from airport to airport.

If the airports are so close that you talking over each other so can it be wise to use a different ctcss/dcs code.

We have decided to use license free radios since they hare easy to buy need as you know no license and have no yearly fee. Most of the frequencies here are Analogue since its them that is known but we will begin to fill in the digital frequencies when they begin to get known.
