Local Branches:

Airport Watch have plans to start up chapters on the big/international airports first and then the medium size airports. And in the end the small airports. This have to do whit the amount of traffic on the different size airports.

We looking for persons or groups that can be interested to start up a local branch on there airport. We looking for plane spotters that are around the airport much of there free time. 

The persons we looking for have to be from 18 years and up, don't have any resent criminal record (this will be checked by the local police) and have a drivers license. 

The branches:

The branches will be like a own organization, and the organization will have 100% control over the things they do. We will not go in and override any decision that are made by any branches so long they are inside the law. The only thing we will share is 

    • The organization name/logo

    • Member lists 

    • Radio codes, and organization laws 

Beside that you will stand free to have your own style.

Since you know how things work on the local airport better then we do so are the chapter better to take the Decisions for your airport.

All branches need there own homepage to keep the public updated on what they do and to recruit new spotters. How much info you have on the page is up to you to decide. 

Plane spotting in your country:

Before you begin to look in to starting a chapter or a similar organization like this check whit our local airport if it's legal to do plane spotting there. It's not all countries that allow plane spotters. And if you plane spot anyway are you in the risk of getting arrested, like many countries in the middle east it's not legal to take pics of the planes or be near the airports this can get you in jail.
